**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Research and Identification**:Identify and track relevant government tender opportunities through various sources.

Conduct thorough research to understand tender requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
- **Bid Preparation**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.

Prepare comprehensive bid documents that address all technical and financial aspects of the tender.
Ensure compliance with all submission requirements, including necessary documentation and forms.
- **Content Development**:Develop clear and compelling content for bids, ensuring accurate representation of the organization's capabilities and offerings.

Customize content to align with specific tender requirements and guidelines.
- **Cost Estimation and Financial Analysis**:Collaborate with finance and relevant departments to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for bids.

Conduct financial analysis to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- **Coordination and Submission**:Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all bid components.

Manage the bid submission process, adhering to deadlines and submission requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:Review and proofread bid documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.

Perform quality checks to minimize errors and improve the overall quality of submissions.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies and other relevant stakeholders.

Attend pre-bid meetings and networking events to gather insights and build connections.
- **Market Intelligence**:Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and changes in the tendering landscape.

Use market intelligence to tailor bids and enhance the organization's competitive advantage.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in government tender bidding, preferably in [specific industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of the tendering process, regulations, and documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct financial analysis and cost estimation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
