Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain databases to store and organize company data.

2. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and insights.

3. Create and automate regular reports for management and other departments as needed.

4. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.

6. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data integrity.

7. Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and techniques.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.

9. Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.

10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and systems.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare Distribution industry.

3. Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as Advance Microsoft Excel, SQL, and database management systems.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Experience with data visualization tools such as Python,Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management

10. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
