We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for doing market survey as well as selling our products and services to potential customers/dealers and distributors meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be the face of our company, representing us in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Internship Period
- 3 Months

Stipend
- 20K/month & 5k for transportation expense

Education
- Graduate/MBA

Languages Known
- English, (Compulsory)Hindi, Bengali, Tamil
- 5Days field work and 1day report generation and submission (6days a week).
- Upon satisfactory completion you may be offered a Full Time role with the Organisation who are leading brand in Tiles/Ceramic Industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform survey and Sell our products and services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Graduate/MBA

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
