Ganeshaintelliware LLP is offering an exciting commission-based Sales and Appointment Fixing Internship, focusing on lead generation through phone calls. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to generate qualified leads for our company and receive a commission of 10% of the project cost for each successful business deal resulting from your leads. Additionally, we will provide you with a certificate upon completion of the internship to acknowledge your contribution and accomplishments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively make outbound phone calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Employ effective communication techniques to engage prospects and communicate the advantages of our products/services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport and establish connections with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
