To ensure success as a Salesforce project manager, you should be knowledgeable about the various Salesforce solutions and be skilled at leveraging the talents of your development team. Experience working in and skilled in managing projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and Commerce Cloud (Atleast 3 or more).

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

- Analyse briefs and project requests from clients.
- Understand scope and do estimates and projections
- Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; sprint planning; adjust schedules and plans as needed; track utilization and identify & resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Assessing risks, opportunities, backlogs, deliverables, and threats for projects.
- Liaising with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives.
- Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.
- Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
- Communicating and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
- Conducting regular stand-up calls /scrum/ project meetings with your development team.
- Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best practices.
- Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes.
- Provide periodical updates to stake holders.
- Manage one or two large projects or a couple of small to medium sized.
- Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with in-depth analytical skills.
- Own end-end process & deliverables in the project

**Skills Required**:

- A degree in (BE/BTech/MCA)? or any bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Certification in Salesforce administration or development.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or professional services.
- Excellent planning and strategic abilities.
- Organized and meticulous in your work.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A dynamic and adaptable mindset.
- Professional and deadline oriented.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
