**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver training modules for Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python (Data Analytics).
- Conduct live instructor-led sessions (online/offline) and support self-paced learning.
- Create training materials, hands-on labs, assignments, quizzes, and project work.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track learner progress and provide performance feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics and incorporate them into training.
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through feedback and learner performance.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance course content.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge and real-world experience with:

- ** Power BI** - DAX, dashboards, Power Query, data modeling.
- ** Tableau** - Calculated fields, dashboards, stories, LOD expressions.
- ** Python (for Data Analysis)** - Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebooks.
- ** R** - Tidyverse, ggplot2, statistical analysis, data manipulation.
- Experience in teaching/training roles, corporate or academic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and manage a diverse group of learners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Experience in building real-world data analytics projects.
- Exposure to SQL, Excel, or Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
- Experience in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, or EdTech platform.
