We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Female Education Counselor to join our team, focusing

in educational counseling, excellent communication skills, and experience in the IAS coaching or

educational advertising sector. This role involves providing personalized guidance to students and

helping them make informed decisions regarding their career path in civil services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Guidance:

- Provide comprehensive guidance to students and parents on IAS coaching programs,

curriculum details, and career pathways.
- Understand and assess each student’s educational background, goals, and strengths to

offer tailored advice.
- Handle inquiries about course structure, eligibility, fees, and scholarships.

2. Lead Engagement & Conversion:
sessions.
- Follow up on potential leads to increase student enrollments and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through effective counseling and follow-up.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students and their families.
- Address any questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and clear

communication.

4. Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student details, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in organizing informational sessions, workshops, and events to attract potential

students.
- Provide regular reports on student inquiries, conversion rates, and counseling metrics.

5. Stay Informed:

- Keep up-to-date with IAS coaching trends, exam patterns, and educational

developments.
- Use knowledge of the competitive exams landscape to enhance counseling sessions and

advice.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in educational counseling, ideally within IAS coaching or the educational sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm,

approachable manner.
- Empathy & Patience: Strong listening skills to understand and respond to students' concerns effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to work with enrollment targets, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple

student inquiries and counseling sessions.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM or counseling management tools is a plus.
