We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **E-commerce Order Processing Executive** to join our dedicated team. As an e-commerce order Processing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, from placement to fulfillment. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review incoming customer orders placed through various e-commerce platforms.
- Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Communicate order and shipping updates to customers, providing them with accurate tracking information.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, shipping, and product information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating restocking efforts.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance order processing efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in e-commerce order processing or a related customer service role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
