**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design and implement training modules for teachers on pedagogy, assessment techniques, and classroom engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, tools, and technologies.
- Adapt training materials to cater to different learning styles and teaching environments.
- **Facilitation and Delivery**:

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for educators.
- Use interactive teaching techniques to enhance engagement and retention.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to teachers.
- **Mentorship and Coaching**:

- Observe classroom teaching and offer personalized coaching sessions.
- Support teachers in implementing innovative teaching strategies.
- Provide guidance on student engagement, lesson planning, and learning assessments.
- **Evaluation and Improvement**:

- Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance analysis.
- Continuously refine training content to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Recommend improvements based on teacher feedback and observed classroom outcomes.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with school administrators, curriculum designers, and education stakeholders.
- Participate in education conferences and workshops to enhance professional development.
- Maintain clear communication with educators to address their training needs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
