Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervise Production Operations**: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring they meet performance targets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **Production Scheduling**: Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets, ensuring that production deadlines are achieved.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues that arise.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure that raw materials, components, and finished goods are efficiently managed and tracked to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on the production floor, ensuring mínimal disruption to the manufacturing process.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of safety. Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Lead initiatives to improve production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste while maintaining a focus on product quality and safety.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records, track KPIs, and generate reports to management on production performance, quality, and safety.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with other departments, including Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret production reports, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
