Fortnightly & Monthly UK Payroll operation
- Close Co-ordination with HR UK on salary related input or other requirements, loan/ advance deductions
- Checking of employee wise compensation data from system or with HR inputs
- Compare the same with last month data to keep track for changes in salary.
- Co-ordination with payroll vendor on payroll processing for all the UK locations

**Primary Skills**:

- Fortnightly & Monthly UK Payroll operation

- Checking of employee wise compensation data from system or with HR inputs
- Compare the same with last month data to keep track for changes in salary.
- Co-ordination with payroll vendor on payroll processing for all the UK locations
- All the payroll and reimbursement inputs correctly transmitted into payroll vendor software.
- Keep the track for fund position and communicate treasury team to have the funds in Bank account.
- Vendor will provide the final salary register - This needs to be checked and processed correctly (Employee wise)
- Sharing with Accounting team of all accruals related to payroll, PTO & Leave encashments
- Timely processing of Full & Final settlement of employees
- Ensuring processing of monthly salaries and payment of reimbursements
- All Social security compliances and benefits
- Employee tax deductions based on declaration wherever applicable
- Ensuring effective resolution of all payroll related queries and interaction with employee
- Interface with the Auditors.
- Ensuring Payroll analysis comparison from last month on increase /decrease
- Ready to work in Shift as per respective location timings
