**Job description**
- To receive, verify, update and Maintain Personnel documents & files of all the new joining and current employees of SDL as per the norms of the Company.
- To enter the details of the newly joined employees in the EPP System and generate and publish the Employee code to all the concerned authorities.
- To generate Offer letters, Appointment letters, confirmation letters and Increment letters of all the employees of SDL through the HRMS and maintain a proper record of the documents released and received.
- To compile and process the attendance data (including leaves, OT etc.) of all the employees of SDL in the EPP system and process the salary for the month within the time line specified.
- To verify and correct the salary statement generated through the EPP and send the final statement to the Accounts Department for further processing and release.
- To complete the monthly statutory compliance procedures of the Govt. like PT, PF, ESIS, LWF and maintain the challan of payments in an organized way for future audits.
- To attend to queries raised by the local Government authorities, related to the PF, PT, ESIS, and LWF payments.
- To attend to the queries of employees in regards to PF, ESIS and provide them support to receive their due amount.
- Calculate and compile the Annual Bonus Statement as per the Company norm and submit the same to the accounts department.
- Calculate an employee's F & F amount on his resignation and approval from all the concerned departmental heads in the HRMS.
- To compile and submit the MIS of Salary statement to the Sr. Manager Administration and other concerned authorities, by the 15th of every month.
