**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:

- Make outbound calls to potential Client
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of FinAGG’s financial products.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful onboarding and active users.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build rapport with customers to understand their business needs.
- Guide prospects through the documentation and onboarding process.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

3. Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets.
- Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities based on client profiles.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales conversions.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.**:

- 1-3 years of telesales or tele calling experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or BFSI sectors.
- **Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
