We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant who is passionate about health and wellness, has a knack for storytelling, and can grow our online presence while planning and executing impactful marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow Avisa Wellness’s social media handles across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, and videos).
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to enhance community engagement.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop creative and visually appealing content aligned with the brand's voice.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post copy to increase reach and engagement.
- Work with designers and photographers for product photoshoots or visual content requirements.
- **Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with Avisa Wellness’s marketing goals.
- Plan and execute innovative campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, or health professionals for brand partnerships.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media tools.
- Suggest and experiment with new platforms or trends to maximize brand visibility.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in health or wellness industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and generating reports.
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
