**Job Title: Data Entry Operator Intern**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator Intern. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in entering, updating, and verifying data in databases and information systems.
- Learn and adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete data entry tasks within specified deadlines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Scan and digitize documents for electronic storage and retrieval.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities as assigned.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and seek clarification when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in a related field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience or coursework in data entry or database management.
- Familiarity with data entry software or tools.
- Basic understanding of databases and information systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis concepts and techniques.
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional setting.

**Duration**: 6 months Internship

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
