Global Cybersecurity Business Analyst

**Role Summary**

We are currently seeking a cybersecurity business analyst to help support the design, implementation and management of Global Cybersecurity (GCS) projects within the GCS Metrics and Reporting team. The position assists with a wide array of cybersecurity metrics, metrics inventory and status, creating and testing documentation, as well as assisting creating metrics dashboards. As a business analyst within the GCS metrics program, you will have a significant opportunity to making a difference on the team, within the GCS organization, as well as State Street overall.

**Core/Must have skills**

Advanced Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite experience

Prior experience documenting process, workflows and procedures

Strong oral & wrtitten communication skills

Strong collaboration skills

Detail-Oriented

**Good to have skills**

Prior experience with Business Intelligence products (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qliksense)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Prior experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence
