**Position**: Retail Sales Expert

**Location**: Raj Kishore Gold Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Buxar

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (with 40 min lunch)

**Salary**: ₹8,000 per month

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend jewelry pieces that best match their preferences and budget.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value of jewelry products, ensuring customers feel confident in their purchase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, including new arrivals, promotions, and pricing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a jewelry store or luxury goods.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
- **Customer Focus**: Friendly, approachable, and patient, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
- **Professional Appearance**: Well-groomed and presentable to uphold the brand's image.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle valuable items with care and precision.
- **Education**: Minimum 10th pass; higher qualifications are a plus.
