Sailor/deckhand/lifeguard

**Job description**

Award-winning Watersports company is looking for Sailors/Deckhand/lifeguards in Goa.

The person shall be responsible for the upkeep of the vessels and the base.

Also, be a safety guide during the trip.
- A super clean base and boats.
- Maintenance of tools and ropes on board.
- Safety training with kayak swimming, Sup, etc., during the trips. Always presentable as per yachting crew standards.
- Directly answerable to the base manager or captain.

**Task and activities**
- To learn and implement deckhand duties and keep the base and boats clean.
- To train and improve safety skills regularly, for example, kayaks, Sup swimming, knots, etc.
- Keep the boats operational and ready daily.
- On a weekly basis maintain tools, ropes, tents, seats, life jackets, etc.
- For the next level, learn to use the dinghy and improve your observation skills also participate more with the guests during trips.
