Coordinator & English Trainer (Female)

**Full-Time Coordinator and English Trainer Job Description**:
**1. Summary**

The organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Coordinator to join our training center focused on empowering acid attack survivors through education and skill development training programs. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination among team members and trainers.

**2. Line of Reporting**

The Full-Time Coordinator will report directly to the Program Director.

**3. Responsibilities**
- Support planning and coordination of programs and their activities.
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices.
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
- Manage communications through media relations, social media, etc.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain the agenda.
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
- Prepare paperwork and order materials.
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
- Support growth and program development.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Coordinate with Team Members and Survivor Trainees.
- Maintain Attendance Records.
- Monitor Participant Progress.
- Provide Administrative Support.
- Assist in Program Development.
- Teach and facilitate sessions on Communication Skills, Communicative English, and Soft Skills for the acid attack survivor’s employment training program.

**4. Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Education, Psychology, etc.) preferred.
- Previous experience in program coordination, social services, or related roles is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Teach and facilitate sessions on Communication Skills, Communicative English, and Soft Skills for the acid attack survivor’s employment training program.
- Coordinate with external trainers and experts for specialized training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to survivor trainees in their skill development journey.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
