The Halwai is responsible for preparing a wide variety of traditional Indian sweets (mithai) and desserts, ensuring authentic taste, quality, and presentation. The role requires expertise in making milk-based sweets, sugar syrup preparations, fried items, and festival-special delicacies, while maintaining hygiene and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare authentic Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Jalebi, Ladoo, Barfi, Kaju Katli, and regional specialties.
- Ensure proper consistency, flavor, and presentation of sweets.
- Prepare sugar syrups, khoa, chenna, and other bases for various sweets.
- Monitor and control the use of raw materials (milk, sugar, dry fruits, ghee, etc.).
- Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards during preparation and storage.
- Develop and introduce new varieties of sweets based on customer demand and festive seasons.
- Supervise assistants and train them in sweet-making techniques.
- Maintain records of daily production, wastage, and inventory.
- Ensure timely preparation and availability of sweets for service and sales.
- Follow cost control measures and minimize wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Halwai in hotels, sweet shops, or catering.
- Expertise in preparing a wide range of Indian sweets and desserts.
- Knowledge of sugar boiling stages, khoa preparation, and traditional techniques.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI standards.
- Ability to work long hours, especially during festive seasons.
- Teamwork and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
