Percussionist Faculty

The Percussionist will be responsible for teaching, training, and mentoring students in various percussion instruments, fostering their musical talents, and preparing them for performances, examinations, and events. The role involves both instructional and performance duties to enrich the school’s music program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach percussion instruments such as drums, tabla, conga, bongos, xylophone, and other rhythm instruments.
- Prepare students for school performances, assemblies, competitions, and cultural events.
- Maintain and care for all percussion instruments and ensure they are performance-ready.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school’s music curriculum and student learning objectives.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Support co-curricular and extracurricular music programs and events.
- Stay updated with modern teaching techniques, percussion trends, and global music practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Music (specialization in Percussion preferred).
- Professional proficiency in multiple percussion instruments.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or performance experience (school/academy experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.

- Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
