**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.

**Technical Troubleshooting**:

- Investigate and identify the root cause of technical issues with machinery and equipment.
- Implement effective solutions to resolve problems and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex technical issues.

**Installation and Calibration**:

- Install new machinery, CCTV and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to support the installation of new systems.
- Conduct performance tests and adjustments to optimize equipment functionality.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Create and update technical documentation, including manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide input for equipment upgrade recommendations based on performance assessments.

**Training and Support**:

- Train and guide junior technicians or operators on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to enhance technical expertise.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- Completion of an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) program in relevant discipline (e.g., electrical, electronics, mechanical).

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an ITI Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance or related fields are a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role may involve working in various industrial settings, including manufacturing plants, workshops, and production floors.
- May require occasional overtime and on-call availability for emergency repairs

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
