**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products and services or gather information
- Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets set by the organization
- Inquiring with the customer to understand their needs
- Noting down key points of each conversation
- Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for closing
- Gathering and documenting sales data in the CRM, such as meetings, appointments, visitor and customer information
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by responding to requests and resolving product/service-related questions and issues
- Keeping track of successful and unsuccessful sales attempts
- Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in sales or communication being a plus
- Knowledge of computer programs like CRM software and data entry
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to deal with rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Adaptability to various scenarios and customers
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stress management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
