**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized reception space.
- Handle inquiries from walk-in clients and provide basic information about our services.
- Maintain appointment schedules and update visitor logs.
- Coordinate with counselors and other team members to manage student appointments.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other communications.
- Provide administrative support when needed (e.g., filing, photocopying, maintaining office supplies).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or higher.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
