Shop Salesperson

Job Title: Salesperson

Location: Multi-store Supermarket

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Stock shelves with products and ensure that they are properly displayed
- Count inventory regularly to ensure that stock levels are maintained
- Assist with pricing and labeling of products
- Process transactions using the point of sale system
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Occasionally deliver items to customers as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg on occasion

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
