Key Responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders to identify product requirements and priorities
- Create and maintain a product backlog that defines the product vision and goals
- Communicate product goals and requirements to the development team
- Ensure that the development team understands and is committed to delivering the product vision
- Prioritize product backlog items based on customer needs and business value
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for each product backlog item
- Review and provide feedback on product deliverables
- Ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget
- Manage product releases and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform product improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with development teams to deliver software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
