**Job Summary**:
1. The home health coder is responsible for assigning diagnostic codes to patient charts using ICD-10-CM in accordance with coding rules and regulations

2. Review Oasis to ensure that responses are supported by documentation.

3. Timely review and coding of OASIS documents with productivity maintained at the daily target.

4. Ability to maintain high quality standards of 95% or greater

**Requirement**:
5. Certification and minimum 1 year experience in **Home Health coding** is required.

6. Minimum education:Nursing/ Life science graduate/M. Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy

7. **BCHH-C** / **COS- C / HCS- O** (OASIS) Certification is must

8. Strong knowledge in **medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, HIPAA compliance**

9. Experience in ICD 10/CPT/ HCPCS

11. Basic Computer and Typing Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Coding: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- BCHH-C / COS- C / HCS- O (OASIS) (preferred)
