Web Designer

**Job Title**:Web Designer (Romanian Language Required)**

**Location: Asian countries (Remote)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites using the latest web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Create intuitive layouts, user interfaces, and graphics that align with our company’s brand and goals.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other designers to ensure the website meets project requirements.
- Implement web design principles ensuring usability, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Provide ongoing updates, improvements, and maintenance for existing websites.
- Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs and ensure smooth integration.
- Write clean, maintainable code and optimize website design for speed and performance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in web design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian (both written and verbal) and English.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- Experience with web development (basic understanding of HTML/CSS, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
