**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:
**Job title**
- Process Expert - Rolling Mill_

**Knowledge Requirement**:

- Understanding of TSCR, Conventional Rolling
Mill and downstream like Color Coating, Galvanizing, Pickling, Skin Pass
Mill etc
- Knowledge of basic Layout developments of
Mills
- Basic Process knowledge of Rolling Mills
including Hot Strip Mill, Cold Rolling Mill etc.
- Understanding of Mill Building Configuration
- Understanding of Electrical and Utility
requirement.
- New developments like CSP, ESP etc
- Working Knowledge on Reheating furnace as a
mill equipment.

**Key Skill**:
Preparation of Technical Specification of Individual LinesArea Layout development of Mill

Development of Building ConfigurationsGA and detail Equipment drawing and Production calculation checkMill material balance.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical
- Minimum 25 years proven experience in similar
Engineering Field for any reputed Consultancy /OEM/EPC Company.
- A mix in Plant and Engineering experience is
preferred.
- At least completed one Project of Rolling Mill
from Concept to Commercial Production.
