**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an **Appointment Booking Tele caller **for **Australia loan campaign,** located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in Australia, booking appointments, and nurturing relationships with customers.

**Qualifications**
- **Excellent English communication skills and telephone etiquette are mandatory**:

- **Prior experience in telecalling Appointment Booking are preferred**:

- Basic Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.

**Shift Timing : 7.30 AM - 04.00 PM**

**Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.**

**Females are preferred**
