Oversight in manufacturing and packing area.

Equipment Qualification, URS/IQ/OQ/PQ, Risk Assessment of equipment i.e HVAC, water system qualifications,.Qualifications of Washer, Tunnel, filling machine, Lyophilizer, Autoclave, LAF, DPB, etc.

Finished products and other Sample collection and sample posting.

To perform AQL and ensure qualification of other visual inspectors.

Review of shop floor documents, BMR and BPR, self inspections.

Involvement in breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and equipment qualification in VI and packing area.**Qualification** : B.Pharm / M.Pharm

**Total Years of Experience** : 3-5 Years

**Experience in Zydus** : Minimum 2 Years

**Experience / Exposure in**: Injectable Quality Assurance
