Professional approach to Engineering Companies as a representative of the organisation. - To adopt different options or innovative new ideas to meet the objectives & to generate new business. - Arrange and attend meetings with existing & new companies to understand the training requirements - Should be well versed with Word, Excel, PPT etc - Corporate Co-ordinator / Corporate PR with Engineering consultancies for jobs in Design & Detail Engineering. Good PR with Alumni for generating business and job requirement. Meeting with company HR/ other concerned authorities to discuss and generate job requirements. - Maintaining records of proposal send / follow up done / final output with each organisation. - Listing job requirements received through phone calls, existing students, Corporate discussion, website, social media etc. and action take against each enquiry received. - Yearly & Monthly Placement planning for scheduled training programs. - One to one meeting with each student, arranging mock interviews, CV preparation support, etc. - Screening and short-listing students CVs as per JD provided by company. - Follow up for CV sent to companies & obtain interview feedback from the organisation. - Evaluation & Analysis the activities carried out half yearly basis (internal & external audit). **Graduation from BCom, BA, BSc, etc. - Fresher or 3 years experience.** **Education from English Medium & Fluent in English speaking & writing** **Presentable, leadership skill, Polite tone, approachable and effective communication skills with** **command in English Language, Creative thinking and marketing strategies.** **Well versed in Excel, PPT and Canva software.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Placement Excutive: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
