**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Hindi, focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Use a variety of interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, songs, games, and multimedia tools, to make learning fun and engaging.
- Integrate cultural elements of Hindi literature, traditions, and history to provide a holistic learning experience.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Implement the school’s prescribed Hindi curriculum, ensuring all topics are covered effectively and in alignment with academic standards.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, providing extra support to those who need it.
- Foster students’ understanding of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and comprehension skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage students to participate in classroom activities, building their confidence in using Hindi.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure that students remain focused and engaged during lessons.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students’ progress through assignments, classwork, and formal assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and progress.
- **Student Support & Engagement**:

- Provide individualized attention to students who may struggle with language concepts, offering additional help and practice.
- Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities such as debates, storytelling, and drama.
- Motivate students to improve their language skills both inside and outside the classroom.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress in Hindi and provide suggestions for home support.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and progress.
- Share important updates regarding assignments, projects, and exams with parents.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated with new educational practices and trends in language teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share teaching ideas, strategies, and resources.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in Hindi at the primary school level is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the Hindi language, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of primary school teaching methods and curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Creativity in using resources (audio-visual tools, games, etc.) to enhance student learning.
- Ability to engage students and foster a love for the Hindi language and culture.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching young learners.

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
