**Educational Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate (PG) in Hindi (regular mode).
- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

**Responsibilities:Teaching and Curriculum Development**
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi language courses for undergraduate students.
- Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and syllabi.

**Mentoring and Student Support**
- Mentor students in their Hindi language studies and skill development.
- Support students in improving reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension abilities.

**Research and Academic Contribution**
- Engage in research activities related to Hindi language, literature, or allied fields.
- Participate in academic seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

**Collaboration and Institutional Support**
- Collaborate with faculty members for interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment efforts.

**Community and College Engagement**
- Participate in college events, committees, and initiatives.
- Promote the importance of Hindi language and culture within the college and the community.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and cultural studies.
- Effective communication and teaching skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
