Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect the company's information assets from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
- Monitor compliance with IT security policies and procedures and report any violations to senior management.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the timely recovery of critical business functions in the event of a security breach or other disaster.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging IT security threats and vulnerabilities and ensure that the company's security policies and procedures are adjusted accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on IT security best practices and ensure that security awareness training is conducted regularly.
- Prepare reports on IT security metrics and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in IT security and compliance, including experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Experience with security-related standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
