We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at a leading lighting company. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and lighting fixtures. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently and safely.

**Installation**:

- Install and set up various types of lighting systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial fixtures.
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct wiring and cabling according to project specifications and blueprints.

**Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on lighting systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, and replace or repair parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with lighting fixtures and control systems.

**Repair**:

- Diagnose electrical problems in lighting systems and identify appropriate solutions.
- Repair or replace defective wiring, fixtures, and control devices.
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly and effectively.

**Upgrades and Modifications**:

- Upgrade existing lighting systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Implement modifications and enhancements to meet customer requirements.
- Recommend energy-saving solutions and modern lighting technologies.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or violations.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their lighting needs and preferences.
- Provide professional advice on lighting solutions and system improvements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare reports on electrical issues and the actions taken to resolve them.
- Update inventory records of electrical components and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
