**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the painters & paint booth team
- Provide leadership and supervision to the paint shop department, including paint technicians, painters, and other support staff.
- Maintain the paint booth equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Monitor the quality of furniture paint work and ensure that it meets production standards.
- Monitor and optimize paint processes to achieve high-quality finishes, minimize defects, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure that all the safety procedures are followed in the paint booth
- Schedule and prioritize work assignments to meet production deadlines
- Monitor paint inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train the new employees on paint booth operations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to the paint booth operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a furniture paint booth environment
- Experience in furniture painting preferred
- Strong knowledge of furniture paint booth operations, safety procedures, and quality control
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
