- Build strong relationships with students and their families, providing personalized guidance and addressing concerns.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels to keep students informed about progress and updates.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive feedback through exceptional service delivery.

**8. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and fellow counselors to share best practices, insights, and resources.
- Contribute to team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall performance of the counseling department.

**9. Compliance and Ethics**:

- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in education counseling.
- Ensure accurate and transparent communication with students, universities, and other stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
