**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our social media presence, advertising efforts, and marketing strategies at exhibitions, while also supporting compliance with ISO standards. This role is a blend of marketing and quality management, involving the creation of training programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assistance with certifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media & Advertising**:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Create content, engage with followers, and monitor performance analytics to refine campaigns.
- Manage advertising efforts both online and in print to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
- **Exhibition & Event Marketing**:

- Plan and organize marketing campaigns for trade shows and exhibitions.
- Design marketing collateral, presentations, and banners.
- Coordinate logistics and promotional strategies for events.
- **Training & SOP Development**:

- Design and implement training materials and programs for employees based on business processes and ISO standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate training sessions to align staff with company procedures.
- **ISO Compliance & Certifications**:

- Support the documentation and implementation of ISO-compliant systems.
- Work closely with teams to ensure compliance with certification processes.
- Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork and records for ISO certification and audits.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in social media management and digital marketing (formal education not required).
- Basic understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong writing skills for content creation, training documents, and reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools for creating marketing materials.
- Knowledge of the transformer and electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience in handling ISO certification processes.
