**Responsibilities of the Job**:
1. Good knowledge of CIW parts design, surface creation.

2. Product Design & Development experience in automotive Hard & Soft trim components like Dashboard, Door Trim, Console & Pillar trims.

3. Good knowledge on plastic part design & tooling feasibility with tool direction definition, parting line & Slider/ Lifter construction.

4. Target setting for parts strength, Gap-flush, GD&T.

5. Working experience in Component & system level designing.

6. Proficiency in NX 3D modelling within a product development environment.

7. Plastics processing/manufacturing knowledge, tooling background is essential.

8. Strong background on Automobile Product life cycle management and Manufacturing knowledge.

9. Good Knowledge in Change Management, Change Notice and CCD.

10. Issue resolution and cost management knowledge.

11. Knowledge on Testing and validation plan.

12. Experience in DFMEA, DVP&R.

13. Should have excellent communication and good team player.

**Required skills & knowledge**:
2. Intermediate knowledge on Cabin Interior & Exterior Trims design - OEM experience is an added advantage (Commercial Vehicles Segment).

3. Strong Knowledge in sheet metal design and plastic design.

4. Very good knowledge on Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly and Design for Servicing, Tolerance Stack up analysis.

5. Strong knowledge on Engineering Change Management process.

6. Exposure to PLM tools. Siemens Teamcenter PLM knowledge is an added advantage.

7. Good Knowledge on Truck homologation requirements.

8. Ability to work with cross functional teams.

9. Should be focussed and deliver the tasks on time.

10. Able to take ownership of the mistakes and implement methods to avoid the same.

**Qualification**:
Bachelors in Mechanical/Automobile with 4 years of experience in Cabin Interior & Exterior Trims design and development from any reputed Automobile OEM companies.

**Work Location**:
Your primary work location will be at our customer location at Oragadam, Chennai

**Timings**:
Your job timings will be on General shifts (MONDAY - FRIDAY,08:00AM to 05:30PM). Whenever required, you may need to work for the task delivery on Weekdays and Weekends (SATURDAY).

**Travel & Allowances**:
Travel not required

To & Fro bus expenses will be borne by our company for the usages at customer location

Breakfast & Lunch expenses will be borne by our company for the usages at customer location

**Type of Employment**:
Full Time, on Customer deputation project

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
