**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Reports To**: Teacher Success Manager

Work Schedule:
03:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST - 6 days working (Educator can choose a min of 4 hours)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver engaging math lessons** to students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 based on curriculum standards
- **Adapt teaching methods** to meet the varying needs, abilities, and learning styles of individual students.
- **Provide timely feedback** on assignments and assessments to ensure students' academic growth.
- **Communicate effectively** with students, parents, and administrators regarding progress, challenges, and improvements.
- **Maintain professionalism** in communication and adhere to the agreed schedule for all classes.
- **Utilize technology tools** (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, or other online platforms) to enhance learning and classroom management.
- **Track and report student progress** regularly, offering additional support where necessary.
- **Foster a positive learning environment** that promotes confidence and encourages students to reach their full potential.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience (minimum 2 years in online or in-person teaching).
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex math concepts in a simple, understandable manner.

- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning challenges.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
