Junior Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Senior Designer and follow all given instructions.
- Assist in the execution of designs, from concept to production.
- Handle coordination and communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for design execution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks assigned by the Senior Designer.
- Maintain and update design documentation, fabric swatches, and samples.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and industry practices.
- Work without feeling undervalued, as this position is specifically created to support design execution.

- Basic knowledge of the fashion industry, including fabrics, trends, and merchandising practices.
- Highly creative, proactive, and open-minded to new ideas.
- Excellent grasping power to understand and implement directions efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks.

- A team player who can collaborate effectively with the design and production teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
