**Position Title**:Management Trainee Finance

**Qualifications**: MBA - Finance

**Experience**:6 Months - 1 Years

**Job Location**: Mumbai
- Managing day to day Accounting activities of the company.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Making accounting reports on Tally
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, Payments, and Petty Cash Records.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing, Raising daily invoices
- Taking follow up on vendor payments and outstanding payments
- Working on TDS and GST
- Keeping the records of bank entries, purchase invoices etc.
- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers.

**Required Skills**:

- SAP Tool
- Bank Reconciliation
- Experience in a management role or similar
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills
