**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural designs and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and construction documents.
- **Plan and Layout Analysis**:

- Review and interpret architectural plans and layouts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to address design challenges.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Use AutoCAD extensively for drafting and detailing.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other team members, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Participate in client meetings and present design concepts and progress updates as needed.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and adherence to approved plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design or similar roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; basic working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural layouts, construction details, and material specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
