- Do you like to create a story with bits and pieces of raw footage? Can you grasp a brief and convert it into an amazing movie? Do you speak the language of Adobe Creative Suite and know every feature of it? Are you someone who can enhance the brand personality? If yes, then join the club

- Your expertise is your primary qualification, not your degree or certification.
- Publicly known contributions.
- Published videos and hall of fame as testimonies to your work.
- Learning from the community and enthusiastically contributing back.

You Have All Our Desired Qualities, if:_**
- You have 2-3 years of experience.
- You have the knack of storytelling and creativity in everything you touch.
- You like researching.
- You can work independently as well as within a team and meet project schedules and deadlines.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Ability to edit seamless videos and do basic animations using visual elements.
- Develop a relevant sound and background score for videos.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present creative ideas.
- Knowledge of existing and new trends in the field of Creative Design/Advertising.
- An Effective Team Player with experience of working under pressure.
- On Site Video shooting and directing ability.

**_What will you do? Your everyday work will look like :_**
- Create videos that effectively reflects the brand message of Payatu.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting
- and engaging.
- Assisting the team in developing videos for different campaigns.
- Submit work to the team for input and approvals.
- Pro-actively come up with ideas that can enhance the brand image.
- Creating compelling videos that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying the needs and recommending ideas to fill gaps.
- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and decision-makers.

You are our Video Editor if:_**
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor, Video Animator or similar role.
- Portfolio of projects you have contributed or built from scratch.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources.
- Impeccable hands-on experience in various video editing and developing tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
