We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic _**Tourist Guide Trainer**_ to train aspiring tour guides in communication, hospitality, local history, and tourist engagement.

**URGENTLY HIRING**

**Job Title**: Tourist Guide Trainer
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Location**: Durgapur, ITI College, West Bengal

**NOTE: THE REQUIREMENT IS FOR TRAINERS, NOT TRAINEES**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on tour guiding techniques
- Teach about heritage sites, local history, cultural etiquette, and tourist safety
- Develop curriculum and training materials
- Train on soft skills such as storytelling, communication, and customer service
- Conduct mock guiding tours and assessments
- Guide trainees on professional ethics and emergency protocols
- Keep updated with tourism trends and new destinations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, History, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Tourist Guide or Trainer (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of local culture, geography, and heritage
- Ability to inspire and lead groups
