**_Role Description: _**
- Engage in corporate law related compliances to be undertaken by companies (such as board meetings, annual filings etc)
- Engage in corporate law diligences for Targets of the Clients as part of their acqusition process
- Engage in implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax, and restructuring mandates for clients, such as- Share issuance
- Capital reduction
- Rights issue
- Buy back
- Mergers
- Demergers
- Dividend distribution
- Share transfer
- Manage relationships with clients and team members effectively, demonstrating strong people management skills.
- Communicate proficiently with all levels of the organization, showcasing excellent communication skills.

- Qualfied Company Secretraty (CS)
- 0.6-1 year of relevant post qualification experience
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Client relationship management
- Commercial awareness
- Team player
