**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fit.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
