**Name & Position Title QUANTITY SURVEYOR**

**Location:Selaiyur, Chennai**

**Work Allocation**:

- Preparing the schedule for routine activities and allocating the same to the team members
- Reviewing the work assigned to team members and highlighting the necessary changes to team
- Preparing the weekly work schedule for labors and site engineers post receiving the input from

MD
- Reviewing the daily work schedule of labors and site engineers and updating the same to MD

**Work Order Management**:

- Tracking the attendance of labors manually
- Reviewing the work performed by labors
- Assigning the new contractors based on the project
- Coordinating with clients and contractors for payment follow-up and monitoring the status of scope of work
- Gathering the structural plan from structural designer and issuing the same to site engineers, updating any changes to be implemented based on the client requirement
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Sorting out the issues raised in site pertaining to labor issue, delay in receiving materials etc

**Other Work**:

- Sourcing labor based on the requirement
- Reviewing the budget and receiving the approval from MD
- Importing the budget into HIT office for executing the project
- Preparing the bill for project maintenance activity and arranging the labor for executing the same
- Preparing the quotation for new tender
- Preparing the estimation for electrical and plumbing activities
- Sorting out the issues pertaining to HIT office software
