**Job description**

**Fluency in any one of these languages: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu/Gujarati/Bengali/Odia/Punjabi/Rajasthani is mandatory**.

**Responsibilities**:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers to present our services, explaining their features and benefits
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization, which may involve managing a certain number of calls per day, achieving a specific conversion rate, or meeting revenue targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales/operations team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in outbound telesales or a similar role is a must
- Must be fluent in any one or more of following languages mentioned above
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Working Hours:

- Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.
- Alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off

**NOTE**:Being **multilingual** is an added bonus.
